We offer you free shipping on all orders over $50. A free gift will also be sent with all orders over $100. Purchase total does not include sales tax. The price for shipping will be automatically deducted from all applicable orders at the checkout. |

Exchange & Return Policy | ||
In the event that you received the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, so that the situation can be corrected in a timely manner. You will have the option of a refund or replacement. Any damage or defect claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, so please inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. If a damaged item is discovered, please send us an email as soon as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are in the original condition. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be sent back in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Shipping on returned merchandise is not refundable, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if your return reduces your original order total to less than our $50 free shipping offer, or if the return is for the entire original order/shipment, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings. For international shipments, we cannot be responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or shipping delays, and if a customer refuses shipment for any reason we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs incurred by us from any refund that is given. | ||
